How to transfer ownership of the account to another user

The current account owner can transfer the ownership of the account to another administrator by visiting the other administrator's profile page, clicking on the 'Options' icon, and selecting the 'Transfer ownership' from the popover menu. Please note that ownership can be transferred only to users who have administrator access level.

Only users with the administrator role can be assigned ownership of the account.

 

To get to the profile page of any user click on the name or profile image of the user on the Users page or anywhere on BlogIn.

 

If the current owner of the account has left the company or is unavailable for any reason, contact us, we can help.
