With the new visibility option, you now have complete control over who can see your content. Whether you're sharing important updates, detailed reports, or team-specific information, you can ensure that your message reaches the right audience. Here’s how it works:
Tailor Your Content for Specific Teams
When publishing a post or page or even categorizing your content, you can select which users or teams will have access. This ensures that only relevant team members see the information pertinent to them, enhancing both privacy and focus.
How to Use the Visibility Feature
First, the visibility feature must be turned on from the Advanced tab of the Settings page for each content type: post, page, or category.
Note that only Administrators can access this page.
- Creating a Post: As you draft your post, navigate to the visibility settings. Here, you can select the teams who should have access.
- Publishing a Page: The process is similar for pages. Before publishing, choose your desired visibility options to tailor access appropriately.
- Categorizing Content: Categories can also have visibility settings, ensuring that only specific teams see the content categorized under specific topics.
