Is this the price per user or per blog?
The price is flat per blog, so you can have an unlimited number of users, pages, posts or categories in your blog. The flat price covers the first 1000 users. A surcharge of $0.1 per month is applied for each additional user beyond the first 1000. This surcharge is capped at $2500 per month (regardless of the number of users).
Is the 14-day free trial really free?
Yes, completely free! You don't even need to enter your credit card information. By signing up for a free trial, you get access to a full-featured internal blog.
What happens at the end of my trial?
You will be asked whether you want to keep using BlogIn. If you decide to continue using our tool, your trial will become a permanent account by choosing a subscription plan (monthly or yearly).
How do I upgrade to a permanent account?
You can do so by navigating to the billing section of the app and choosing a monthly or yearly plan, and entering your credit card details.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express) as well as PayPal for both monthly and yearly plans. If you have any trouble entering your credit card, please contact us.
Is there a discount for nonprofit organizations?
Yes, we approve a 20% discount on all nonprofit and/or educational institutions. If you plan on using BlogIn for such an organization, please write us an email and we will send you a discount code.
