There are 5 user roles or access levels on BlogIn that define what each user can do on the blog:
1) Reader - can only read posts and comments created by other users
2) Commenter - can read posts and comments, and can create comments on posts
3) Writer - same as Commenter, but can create new posts
4) Reviewer - can create posts and comments (just like Writer) but can also approve posts and comments awaiting approval. This user role is available only when content approval is enabled.
5) Administrator - can access and control everything, which means creating new posts and comments, approving and editing all posts and comments, managing post categories, creating pages and managing user teams, inviting new team members, customizing blog account (company logo, custom domain, open email domain)
Blog Administrators can change each user's user role at any time and can also define a user role for each user when inviting new users to join the blog.
